Pradip Shah is the founder of CRISIL, India's first and largest credit rating agency. Pradip also helped establish India's first retail housing finance company and the first India-dedicated foreign private equity fund. He currently heads IndAsia Fund Advisors Private Ltd. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is a qualified chartered and cost accountant. He is passionate about wildlife protection.

Karan Shah holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Haverford College, USA. In college, he had co-founded an advertising business that won the first prize at the London School of Economics Business Plan competition and cash prizes at the Arts and Technology Group Business Plan competition, Ball State University Business Plan competition, and Brown University Elevator Pitch competition. His interests include nature, cricket, and politics.

As the CEO of Grow-Trees, Vipul is at the forefront of championing environmental sustainability and reforestation. As a seasoned business strategist with a rich tapestry of experience spanning market research, entrepreneurship, product management, and international expansion, he has consistently driven growth through leadership and meticulous planning. In his entrepreneurial journey, he founded Opined, a startup recognised by Google’s Appscale Academy as one of the top 100 in India. Vipul holds an MBA from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass).

Ronak holds a Master's in commerce from the University of Mumbai. He oversees the financial operations of Grow-Trees and has around 6 years of experience in managing accounts in trading, shipping, and the social sector. A go-getter by nature, his interests include traveling to various plantation sites, movies, watching cricket and writing poems.

Vikas started off his career as an IT professional in India. Through his company, he has been at the forefront of developing innovative technologies like core banking solutions and interactive voice response systems. He has traveled to Europe and the Middle East setting up innovative technologies for the financial services industry. He moved to the USA and worked there as a consultant in the oil & gas industry, financial services, and travel industry, covering information technology, marketing, and business intelligence.

Amanda is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Lawyer. After her stint in the Tax consultancy space, she decided to work in the social sector, wanting to create a difference and do her bit towards the society. At Grow-Trees, she has been entrusted with handling the finance, legal and overall managing functions along with business development. She is extremely passionate about addressing environmental issues, and is focused on developing newer solutions aimed at pushing the society towards sustainable development.

Divya holds an MA in Linguistics from the University of Mumbai. She comes from a diverse background of entrepreneurship, branding, marketing and communications. She transitioned to the social sector because she wants to contribute towards advancing social and environmental goals. She believes that we can align business with social and climate action. At Grow-Trees, she oversees marketing and communications.

At Grow-Trees, Catherine holds the position of Manager of Business & Partnerships, where she is responsible for post-sales management, client nurturing, and business development. She graduated from Ruia College with a Master's in chemistry, and she also has experience in sustainable business methods. She has completed the 'Sustainable Strategies for Business Resilience' program from TERI-SAS. She started her career as an expert in air quality before moving into the field of sustainability through self-learning. As a climate enthusiast, Catherine enjoys creating content for her social media that is supported by research and focuses on sustainability and climate crisis.

Mohamed Ashiq earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Singapore Management University, graduating with magna cum laude and with a major in Marketing. With more than three years of experience in business development and partnerships, he is deeply committed to advocating for environmental causes. His passion for sustainability traces back to his involvement in the Green Club during his secondary school years. Since then, he has consistently prioritized sustainability, recognizing the significant positive impact that even small green initiatives can have on the world.

Sanskruti has a Bachelor of Management Studies with a Finance specialization. She has experience working as a Customer Support Executive at Tech Mahindra and is skilled at dealing with client inquiries and responding to them via email with useful information. She handles all tasks connected to operations at Grow-Trees.com. She is devoted and passionate and loves traveling.

Dipesh is an advertising professional with a Master's in Marketing. He is proficient in campaign management, creating creative briefs for film and publication productions, social media marketing, and influencer management. He has successfully navigated clients across diverse industries, including both PSUs and private sectors. His key strengths encompass client servicing, strategy development, and brand management, reflecting a commitment to delivering impactful advertising solutions.

Vandan has a degree in Bachelor of Commerce and a diploma in Graphic Designing and Video Editing. Having dedicated five years to Pepperfry, his professional journey has equipped him with the expertise needed to craft compelling designs for various mediums, including digital platforms, publications, and other collaterals. He demonstrates a keen understanding of design principles and a knack for creating visually appealing and effective creatives.

Aarya holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Mass Media and Communication with a specialisation in Journalism. At Grow-Trees, she looks over Content and Social Media. She creates engaging and impactful content that aligns with the organisation's goals. Beyond her professional pursuits, she is passionate about art and reading, which she seamlessly integrates into her work.

Shamika has a Master of Commerce degree from University of Mumbai. She handles accounts at Grow-Trees and has over 2 years of experience in the same. Her attention to detail and analytical skills make her a key asset to the organisation. A few of her hobbies include art, cooking, and listening to music.

Ayesha holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce from BJCC College. She brings a diverse skill set to the table, particularly in Event Management and Advisory Firm, showcasing her proficiency in client support, operational tasks, query management, planning sales, and team leadership. At Grow-Trees, she handles all tasks related to Operations. Outside of her professional endeavours, Ayesha indulges in her love for baking during her free time.

Mr. Raju Jatav holds a Master's in Forestry from the College of Horticulture and Forestry in Jhalawar, Kota, and is commonly seen executing and overseeing our projects in Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Uttarakhand. He works closely with our local partners to ensure that our projects in Northern and Central India are handled with care and expertise. He has also spent over two years working with an NGO in the conservation sector.

Basant completed school education from Kalimpong, situated in extremely Bio-diversity rich areas of the Eastern-Himalayas. Nature has always fascinated and motivated him since his childhood. His qualifications include B.Sc. (Bio) from North Bengal University and Masters in Ecotourism (SMU) & English Literature (IGNOU). His expertise is in Climate Change Science, Biodiversity Conservation, Project Design & Management; Natural Resource Management, Sustainable Tourism Planning & Management; Community Mobilization, Convergence, and Program Coordination.

Diksha Rai is a graduate in Bcom from AIMS Institute, Bangalore, and is currently pursuing Masters from IGNOU. She is a dedicated reporting analyst, offering, evaluating, and improving reporting processes, driven to support consistent improvement and efficiency. Her hobbies include reading, writing, listening to music, watching movies, and gardening.

Mr. Devidas Nair holds a Master’s in Marketing and Human Resource Management. He is in charge of our plantation efforts in the North East, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Haryana, Delhi, Punjab, and a few projects in Maharashtra. He works closely with our planting partners and local communities on-ground to ensure that our plantation initiatives are producing the expected results and boosting biodiversity and local living conditions.

Santosh Prajapat completed his MBA in Human resource & Operation Management from Devi Ahilya University, Indore. He is currently managing India's largest carbon project in Madhya Pradesh as a Project Coordinator. Santosh has 4 years of experience in the social development sector. He is good at data analysis, team management, and coordination with stakeholders. He loves traveling to places that are rich in natural beauty.
