Holy Chestnut Tree

Holy Chestnut Tree is a very large and ancient chestnut tree located in Istn, Malaga province in southern Spain. It is said to be the oldest tree in the Sierra de las Nieves mountain range and is estimated to be between 800 and 1000 years old.

The height of the tree is around 80 feet, it has a perimeter of around 44 feet and the projected crown is around 5490 square foot.

It is currently proposed to be declared a Natural Monument.
