Ganesha, the beloved Hindu deity with the head of an elephant, is much more than just a figure of worship. Hes the remover of obstacles, the god of wisdom and protection, and a symbol of intellect and adaptability. With his gentle eyes and wise demeanor, Ganesha guides his devotees through life’s challenges, just as an elephant leads its herd through the wild.

But what if the very elephants Ganesha symbolizes are in danger? Our elephants, known for their intelligence, deep family bonds, and incredible memories, are facing threats like never before. The forests that they call home are shrinking, leaving them vulnerable and lost, much like how we would feel without Ganeshas guidance.
Imagine the green forests where elephants once roamed freely, now reduced to barren lands. The trees that once provided them shade and sustenance are gone, leaving these majestic creatures with nowhere to go.
As Ganesha removes obstacles from our paths, its our turn to remove the barriers that threaten the survival of these beloved beings who share our world.

This Ganesh Chaturthi, lets make a promise not just to Ganesha but to the elephants that inspired his divine form. By planting trees, we can save their homes, give them back their safe havens, and ensure they can thrive for generations to come. Each tree we plant is a step toward protecting the very essence of what Ganesha stands for i.e. wisdom, protection, and the power to overcome obstacles.
Lets honor Ganesha by taking action. Planting trees expands the homes of the elephants, and helps to preserve the balance of nature that Ganesha so beautifully represents. Together, we can celebrate the spirit of Ganesha, not just in our prayers, but in the forests where elephants can roam freely and safely.

Delhi Is Gasping Again, And This Time, Even the Clouds Refused to Help
Delhi is choking again. AQI levels have slipped into the ‘severe’ zone, cloud seeding failed, and emergency measures barely make a dent. Because the city doesn’t need one-off fixes, it needs long-term healing. Trees remain the simplest, most effective answer. They absorb carbon, trap dust, cool the air, and act as natural lungs. If Delhi wants cleaner winters, it needs more green cover, not just temporary interventions. Clouds may not cooperate, but trees always will.
