Reenagross Park

“Reenagross Park in Kenmare, Ireland was laid out as an idyllic oak island in the early 1900s.

The park consists of 14 different habitats and 300 individual species of plants and animals. There are over 3 kms or around 2 miles of walking trails with a lot of hidden paths, tunnels created by rhododendrons, little hills to climb and even a bat sanctuary. Its a beautiful walk by the water that leads you out into the middle of the Roughty River with beautiful views out across the Kenmare bay.

It is popular for its rhododendron tree tunnel trail. When in full bloom, these trees create carpets of purple flower petals along the trail.”

If Delhi wants cleaner winters, it needs more green cover, not just temporary interventions. Clouds may not cooperate, but trees always will.
