| Montezuma Cypress is a large evergreen tree native to Mexico and growing 130 feet tall with a trunk of 9.8 feet or more in diameter. A specimen of this tree in Mexico is the second stoutest tree in the world. The Aztecs used its resin to treat gout, ulcers, skin diseases, wounds, and toothaches from 14th to 16th century. |
