| Indian Cork is an evergreen tree native to South East Asia. It flowers at night and sheds flowers early in the morning. Its stem and roots have great medicinal value. Dried flowers of this tree are said to be a good lung tonic and is also used to treat cough. Its long and fragrant flowers are woven into an ornamental braid called ‘Veni’ in Maharashtra, India. |
