| Bhendi or Indian Tulip tree is native to the coastal forests of the Indian peninsula. Its flowers are handsome, bright yellow, deep cup-shaped, with a purple center and are found throughout the year. The flowers turn purple before they fall. The tree consist of many simple heart shaped leaves while its fruit is active against bacteria and the juice helps treat skin diseases. |
