| A Redcurrant shrub can reach a height of up to 7 feet. It is native to parts of Western Europe and is used to make jellies, jams, preserves and syrups. It is added to various culinary preparations like custards, tarts, cakes and desserts. A mature shrub can produce around 4 kgs of berries in a season. |
