Rafflesia

Rafflesia is the largest individual flower on Earth.

It is native to certain rainforests in Southeast Asia. The flower is over 3 feet in diameter and can weigh upto 10 kgs. It is also called ‘corpse flower’ as it emits a foul odour.

It is one of the three national flowers of Indonesia and also recognized as a rare flower.
