| Ashoka Tree is an evergreen tree native to India. It can reach a height of 30 feet and is sacred to Hindus and Buddhists with its leaves used for a variety of rituals in Hinduism. This tree gets its name from the Sanskrit word ‘Ashoka’ and it means “without sorrow”. In traditional medicine, the bark of the tree was used to treat a scorpion sting. |
