| Star of Persia is an ornamental bulbous plant cultivated in many gardens for its large showy heads of silvery pink star-shaped flowers which appear in early summer. The flowers are followed by attractive seed-heads. The plant has received the Royal Horticultural Society’s Award of Garden Merit. |
