Breadfruit is a flowering tree growing to a height of 85 feet and can be found across Southeast Asia.
It is one of the highest yielding fruit trees with a single tree producing up to 200 or more fruits per season. The name is derived from the texture of the cooked fruit, similar to freshly baked bread. The breadfruit is closely related to the jackfruit.
