| Roth’s Spike Thorn is a small tree. It bears fruits that are reddish brown in colour and white flowers bloom from June to September. The genus can be found in Central and South America, Southeast Asia, Australia and Africa. It can grow in a variety of climates ranging from tropical to subpolar. It is commonly known in the Indian state of Maharashtra as Lokhandi, Makar khana and Lechi. |
