Crabapple tree

Crabapple tree can reach a height of up to 25 feet.

The flowers are white to pink to red in colour. Each flower has 5 petals and they bloom in early spring between the months of April and May.

The fruit is extremely sour and is rarely eaten raw. However, it is used as a sour condiment in some southeast Asian cultures.
