Lemon

Lemon is a small evergreen tree native to Asia.

The fruit is used for culinary and non-culinary purposes across the world mainly for its juice and in cooking and baking. The average lemon contains approx. 3 tablespoons around 50 ml of juice.

Its oil can be used in aromatherapy, as a wood cleaner and polish, where it is employed to dissolve old wax, fingerprints and grime.

Its leaves are used to make a tea and for preparing meat and seafood.
