| Custard Apple grows well in hot dry climates and will produce fruits in as little as two to three years. Unripe custard apples are used as a medicinal remedy for diarrhea and dysentery. The roots are used to treat toothaches while the leaves produce a blue/black dye used in tattoo ink in the West Indies. |
