The Chandelier Tree in San Francisco

This massive tree had the ignoble fate of having a tunnel carved through its base more than 60 years ago. It is now the centerpiece of a 200-acre grove of redwoods. You can drive your car through the tree for $3 unless you are driving a RV (Motorhome) and set up a picnic at its base.
